Ride 45 

This class focuses on the fundamentals of spin. We build strength, speed, and power through intervals and hill climbs in a supportive, fun environment.

30/30

Cardio and strength & conditioning in one class. We start with 30 minutes of spin  followed by 30 minutes of building muscle - arms, legs, and core.

A great workout for building power and strength alternating between intervals on the bike followed by strength and resistance training intervals.

Our circuit class is a full body workout, starting with a warm-up and then going through 8 stations using bands, balls, KBs, DBs, and body weight exercises.

This is a great class for anyone who moves! Suitable for runners, cyclists, and lifters. Mobility work with a focus on ankles, hips, and shoulders.
