As of August 1st you will be able to buy a monthly pass that allows you unlimited classes. This gives you more flexibility when choosing your classes – 45 or 60 minute spins, Spin + Stretch, 30/30, and Lift classes are all included. Personal training and small group training are exempt.

Ride 45 Add this class to your morning routine to get up and moving or any time in your week to get some cardiovascular conditioning. This express class offers all the great stuff as our 1 hour spin class but in the convenience of 45 minutes. Whether you are new to spin or new to fitness in general this class is a great starting point. Learn the fundamentals of spin such as bike set up and proper body position while getting your heart thumping and your legs pumping to great music.
Ride 60 Our most popular class focuses on the fundamentals of spin and is geared towards road cyclists; however, you do not need to be a road cyclist to take this class. The focus is on proper technique and form. We build strength, speed, and power through intervals and hill climbs in a supportive, fun environment. Our motto is “make it a doable struggle!” We welcome all fitness levels: Riders can adjust their speed and tension to fit their individual needs.
30/30 Cardio and strength & conditioning in one class. We start with 30 minutes of spin for aerobic conditioning followed by 30 minutes of building muscle – arms, legs, and core. The best of both worlds in 60 minutes.
Spin + Stretch The perfect class for riders – 45 minutes of intervals and hill climbing followed by 30 minutes of cyclist specific stretching designed by our RMT Jenni. If you’re like us, we intend to stretch, but we don’t always get to it. Come ride and stretch with us – stay limber and lithe so you move well on and off the bike.

We offer nutrition counselling for athletes and those who wish to change their body composition. We provide solid, research based information as well the skills you need to help you change and maintain your new habits. Mature athletes can benefit as well. Despite what you might hear in the media, men and women in their 50’s and beyond can continue to build muscle and get stronger. Nutrition, sleep, and physical activity all play a role. We employ certified Precision Nutrition Coaches with backgrounds in psychology and counselling.

Lift SC 60 A strength and conditioning total body functional fitness workout incorporating weights, body weight exercises (push ups, squats, lunges, dead lifts, rotational movements), speed, agility, and mobility with active recovery in between sets. Come sweat with us and build your strength and speed. Maximum 10 people.
