    We’re taking things outside to move for mental + We’re taking things outside to move for mental + physical health. Join us Saturday, May 27th at the breathtaking Athiana Acres for free classes. Sign up for one of the time slots (link in bio) starting at 8:30am. There are great prizes to be won and tote bags filled with goodies for every participant. 

Each session starts with a 12 minute ride (yes - we are bringing our bikes outside) followed by a 12 minute strength and conditioning circuit, and finishes with yoga. About a 40 minute workout, suitable for all fitness levels.

    AgeStrong: Pro-aging, intelligent training for wom AgeStrong: Pro-aging, intelligent training for women because midlife can be amazing.

AgeStrong Series: Sunday, February 5th-March 12th at 4pm

Getting stronger inside and out. In the series we look at improving the physical and psychological aspects of midlife. To build strength we need to ensure quality sleep, nutrition, and a healthy mindset.

The 90 minute sessions are divided into two parts. The first hour is exercise focused, followed by discussion. We will cover the fundamentals of lifting, balance, mobility, plyometrics, and SIT on bikes. The discussion topics will include sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mindset based on the latest research on thriving in midlife. There is a plethora of information out there – let’s simplify it, individualize it, and start getting stronger.
